Chennai: A 19-year-old domestic help was found hanging at the residence of former Union Health Minister and PMK leader Anbumani Ramadoss here today.

The woman, Malini, a native of Vellore District, was found hanging from her dupatta (shawl) tied to a ceiling fan in the room she stayed in the house, police said.
