The 63rd PSLV launch of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) to place the EOS-9 surveillance satellite in orbit was unsuccessful due to a decrease in pressure during the third of four stages.

As per ANI, space strategist PK Ghosh stated that the unfortunate failure encountered by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) in the launch of its 101st satellite, EOS-09, aboard the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C61), should be used as a learning process, and not to get demotivated by this failure.
