Home Minister, top cop blunder their way in front of the media all in one day
The police commissioner was his usual self yesterday when he briefed the media about a sensational triple murder case, wherein a father had killed his three children in greed to get rich. But, the top cop realised it too late it was five-month-old news.
Shankara Mahadeva Bidri, the city police commissioner, was prompt enough to read out the press notes released by the police PRO for the press and polite enough to reply the queries of the scribes, who were skeptical about the veracity of the news, as it was a sort of d ufffdj vu for them with a faint memory of a similar case in the past.
