Khar favourite Out of the Blue adds a touch of green to their festive menu

The planet could do with more green, right? That's exactly what the folks at Out of the Blue have decided to do. As part of their holiday season initiatives, each table at this popular restaurant will have a plant sapling as a gift, until January 5, 2011.



This green initiative complements their traditional menu, specially created for this season. The spread includes Roast Turkey, Christmas Stew, Australian Lamb Chops, Shepherd's Pie and Home Made Pasta. If this isn't enough solace for your taste buds, then sip on Mulled Cider, Eggnog, Spiced Sangria, Yule Cosmo and Sparkling Berry.

And if Mumbai's teasing winter needs some tempering, then opt for Irish Chocolate Gale, a sinful concoction of dark chocolate with Irish cream and Sambuca or satiate your sweet rush with Molten Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Strawberry Gateaux
