Goa nighclub fire: Court remands Luthra brothers in police custody for five days

A court in North Goa remanded nightclub owners Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra to five days of police custody in connection with the Birch by Romeo Lane fire that killed 25 people. The brothers were produced in court after multiple medical examinations

After the Luthra brothers were brought to Goa, a local court on Wednesday remanded Gaurav and Saurabh in police custody for five days, news agency PTI reported.

The co-owners of the 'Birch by Romeo Lane' nightclub, who were brought on transit remand from Delhi after being deported from Thailand in connection with the December 6 blaze that killed 25, were produced in the court after undergoing health check-ups twice at the District Hospital in North Goa.
