The Shiv Sena's Uddhav Thackeray faction, challenging the disqualification proceedings initiated against them, told the Supreme Court on Wednesday that Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari should not have sworn in the new government when the apex court was seized of the matter.
