Vijay Kumar, a constable with Nandini Layout police station, got his eardrums damaged in the explosion that happened outside Chinnaswamy Stadium at around 3.15 pm yesterday. Kumar was manning Gate number 12 of the bustling stadium when he heard a loud noise.
