Puneites will no longer have to make the rounds to the talathi’s office or have to wait endlessly to complete procedures regarding land dealings, as Haveli taluka is all set to undertake mutation entries online and facilitate citizens with an online 7/12 land extract record by the end of next month.

Half of the areas within the Pune Municipal Corporation limits come under the Haveli taluka, while the entire area of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation comes under this taluka. Around hundred villages on the outskirts of the city would also benfit from the online land records.
