A retired postman from Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh district has written two letters to President Pratibha Patil in his blood and says he will continue with it till she persuades activist Anna Hazare to end his fast for a strong anti-graft bill.
A retired postman from Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh district has written two letters to President Pratibha Patil in his blood and says he will continue with it till she persuades activist Anna Hazare to end his fast for a strong anti-graft bill.
Roop Sawant Tomar, 65, a resident of Naurangabad area, has vowed to write such letters daily.
