After issuing a Blue Corner Notice by the CBI, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) officer arrested Holenarasipur JD(S) MLA HD Revanna, for probing the alleged sex scandal and was taken to CID. Following the arrest, the Court also refused HD Revanna’s plea for anticipatory bail. 

A Blue Corner Notice is issued by the international police cooperation body to collect additional information from its member countries about a person’s identity, location or activities in relation to a crime. The SIT is said to have sent a request to the CBI, seeking a Blue Corner Notice against Prajwal Revanna, which might give them information about his whereabouts, official sources said.
