X users have been viciously trolling The Humans of Bombay (HOB) organisation following its copyright infringement case filed in the Delhi High Court. The platform was founded by Karishma Mehta and the organisation filed a lawsuit against an online storytelling portal ‘People of India’ for copyright infringement.

Humans of New York founder Brandon Stanton took to ‘X’ and accused HOB of copying his idea of Humans of New York. He also criticised the company for filing a lawsuit against another storytelling platform. Many people then came forth and brutally trolled the organisation on ‘X’. A username, @DoctorLFC replied, "Karishma Mehta, this is not done. You must drop the lawsuit. If you`ve taken inspiration from Humans Of New York and they have been kind, you must afford the same liberty to others.
