Rejecting BJP President Rajnath Singh's contention, former Vice President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat on Thursday asserted that he would contest the upcoming Lok Sabha polls saying 'others' too can fight the elections apart from senior party leader LK Advani.

Addressing a press conference here, the former BJP leader said he was among the senior functionaries of the saffron party along with Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Advani and Rajnath Singh.
