The Indian Army’s anti-terror operation in Kishtwar’s Dul area entered its second day after a gunfight with terrorists on Sunday. Troops are conducting an intelligence-based mission amid heightened tension. The operation follows the loss of two soldiers in a separate Kulgam encounter last week, where one terrorist was neutralised.

After the Indian security forces` gunfire at the terrorist on Sunday, the operation to counter terrorists in the valley continues on Monday as well. The Indian Army on Monday, while continuing their anti-terror operation launched in the general area of Dul in Kishtwar, exchanged gunfire with the security forces and terrorists.
However, the live details of the operation are not yet available, but the situation in Kishtwar does not look peaceful. The deferred visuals from Kishtwar showed army soldiers keeping guard a day after gunfire was exchanged while establishing contact with terrorists on August 10, as per the news agency ANI.
While addressing the operation which has been going on in the Kishtwar region, the White Knight Corps on their social media account posted that the troops are conducting an intelligence-based operation to establish contact with terrorists in the area.
