A Delhi-bound Air India Express flight (AIX 1200) was cancelled on Sunday evening due to a technical fault, sparking confusion and frustration among passengers at Birsa Munda Airport in Jharkhand's Ranchi, reported the PTI.
According to airport director RR Maurya, the issue was detected during a pre-flight inspection on Sunday.
"The AIX (Air India Express) 1200 from Ranchi to Delhi has been cancelled due to a technical issue. While checking the aircraft before takeoff, the technical snag was detected," Airport director RR Maurya told PTI.
