Kathua rape accused to file plea for CBI probe

The apex court had on Monday directed that the trial in the case of alleged gangrape and murder of an eight-year-old girl, be moved to Pathankot in neighbouring Punjab

The accused in the Kathua rape-and-murder case will file a fresh petition in the Supreme Court (SC) in the next few days, seeking handing over of the probe to the CBI.
