President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Saturday paid homage to former President Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on his 132nd birth anniversary on the occasion of Teachers' Day.
