Lawyers kidnap youth to settle financial dispute

The Pune Rural Police rescued Sachin Tekade (23), who was allegedly kidnapped by Balaji Murty, the prime accused in the case, and his accomplices, and taken to Bangalore.

The Pune Rural Police rescued Sachin Tekade (23), who was allegedly kidnapped by Balaji Murty, the prime accused in the case, and his accomplices, and taken to Bangalore. Police say the kidnappers abducted Tekade to settle an old financial dispute with Tekade's cousin who lives in Bangalore. The police have arrested Balaji Murty, Shridhar Chandrappa, lawyer Suresh Subayya, former public prosecutor P Krishna Guruswamy Naidu, and Gowardhan Naidu in the case so far.
