Maharashtra: BJP MLA's son among 7 students killed as car falls from bridge

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced via Twitter that Rs 2 lakh each would be given from Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF) to the next of kin of those who died in the accident and Rs 50,000 will be given to the injured

Seven MBBS students, including the son of an MLA, were killed in Wardha district of Maharashtra in the wee hours of Tuesday when the car they were travelling in fell off a bridge, police said.
The incident occurred around 1.30 AM near Selsura village in Wardha district, 77 km away from Nagpur, in east Maharashtra.
