In an attempt to carry the late BJP leader Gopinath Munde's legacy, the competition between the Dhananjay and Pankaja has been in focus in the state elections this year.

Parli: NCP leader Dhananjay Munde has declared victory on the seat in Parli as his cousin and sitting MLA Pankaja concedes defeat. As per the latest numbers seen in the Election Commission’s database, Dhananjay, late BJP leader Gopinath Munde’s nephew has won the seat with 122,114 votes, with Pankaja losing the constituency with 91,413 votes.
In an attempt to carry the late BJP leader’s legacy, the competition between the both leaders has been in focus in the state elections this year.
