Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Friday said that political parties lacking a development vision often resort to criticism because they have nothing constructive to offer, reported the PTI.

Addressing a rally in Partur town of Jalna district in Maharashtra, just days ahead of the local body elections, CM Fadnavis asserted that the BJP focuses on progress and therefore does not feel the need to criticise its opponents.
