Maharashtra Chief Minister (CM) Devendra Fadnavis on Friday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and sought his assistance for farmers who suffered losses due to recent heavy rains in the state, news agency PTI reported.
Fadnavis handed over a memorandum to the prime minister, briefing him about the flood situation and the extent of damage.
