A man was arrested Tuesday for opening fire at a head constable in west Delhi, police said

Sunil was overpowered by head constable Mahesh Kumar at Raja Garden crossing around 4.45 p.m. Four live cartridges and three gold chains were recovered from his possession, an official said.
