In a major success for ongoing anti-Naxal operations in state, the Gadchiroli Police busted a Maoist camp near the Maharashtra-Chhattisgarh border on Monday morning, police said.
According to the police, the operation was carried out based on specific intelligence received on Sunday afternoon, which indicated that the Bhamragad Dalam, an armed Maoist unit, had set up a hideout near the newly opened Forward Operating Base (FOB) at Kawande.
