Jhansi businessman paid the amount in cash to admission agents to secure a seat for his son in MVJ Medical College

Jhansi businessman Pradeep Kumar Sharma was allegedly cheated of Rs 10 lakh by admission agents who promised to get his son Pulkit Shrotriya a seat at the MVJ Medical College and Research Centre.

Sharma was lured into the trap by a newspaper ad published in a Delhi paper on June 23 that promised seats in leading Bangalore medical colleges.
