After its lottery system for allotment of flats went online, the government body is now contemplating digitisation for things such as payment of rent and transfer of their homes. The proposal has been approved by senior authorities who are chalking out a plan for implementation
The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) seems to be in the mood to make the lives of their residents easier. MHADA’s Mumbai board is aiming towards digitisation, which would help residents of nearly 2.5 lakh homes. The board is planning to go online and a proposal for the same was moved in a meeting recently.
