Lok Sabha proceedings were adjourned for the second time on Thursday till 2 pm as Opposition parties continued raising slogans demanding a discussion on the voter list revision in Bihar and other key matters, reported PTI.

As the House met again at noon, Opposition members trooped into the well and demanded the rollback of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in Bihar.

Sandhya Ray,  who was chairing the Lok Sabha proceedings, proceeded with the scheduled laying of papers by various ministers and Members of Parliament despite the ruckus in the background.
