<p>Meanwhile, on Friday, <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-news/article/sanjay-raut-thanks-opposition-parties-for-supporting-him-23239544" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Maharashtra</a> recorded 2,024 new Covid-19 cases and five deaths, the state health department said. The case fatality rate in the state stands at 1.83 per cent.</p><p>
