Defer travelling to Nepal, says MEA; issues helpline numbers for Indians

The MEA has also issued contact numbers for Indians in Nepal. It said that in case of any assistance required, please call the Embassy of India, Kathmandu, on the following helpline numbers: +977-980 860 2881 and +977-981 032 6134

Amid the Nepal Gen Z protest, the Ministry on External Affairs (MEA) on Tuesday issued an advisory and asked the citizens to defer travelling to Nepal until situation eases as it issued helpline numbers for the Indians present in Nepal.
The MEA, in its advisory also asked the citizens who are already in Nepal to avoid avoid stepping out of their places of stay.
