Threaten to go on strike if compensation for family of dead German Bakery waiter Gokul Nepali not released within 15 days
HUNDREDS of Nepali cooks manning the kitchens of politicians have threatened to go on strike, if the compensation amount promised to Gokul Nepali's family is not released immediately.
President of Nepal Shramik Mazdoor Union Master Thapa alias Raj Thakur said: "Gokul's mother Juthi and his wife Maina are forced to lead a pauper's life as the authorities have not given them any compensation."
