A member of an NGO which offered help to girls suffering from trauma was arrested in west Delhi for raping a teenaged tribal girl three months ago, police said Wednesday

Baba Wam Dev Ram, 26, hailing from Jharkhand was operating NGO BB Tribal Welfare Society from north Delhi's Rani Bagh area since he came to Delhi around seven years ago, said a police official.
