A total of nine show cause notices have been issued to Air India over the past six months in connection with safety violations, Minister of State for Civil Aviation Murlidhar Mohol informed the Rajya Sabha on Monday, reported the ANI.
Responding to a question regarding the safety, reliability, and airworthiness of Air India flights, Mohol confirmed that the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) had issued the notices.
He further stated that enforcement action has already been completed in one instance.
