Patna: A day after the Grand Alliance triumphed in Bihar's assembly polls, BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha on Monday called on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and described him as the state's "tallest leader".
Nitish Kumar was also the most successful chief minister in the country after the late Jyoti Basu of West Bengal, Sinha told the media after meeting the Janata Dal-United (JD-U) leader.
