The Delhi High Court on Thursday allowed the bail petition of Chitra Ramakrishna Former Managing Director and CEO of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) in a phone-tapping money laundering case filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

The Bench of Justice Jasmeet Singh on Thursday granted bail. The same bench on November 15, 2022, had kept the order reserved after the conclusion of the submissions of both sides. Earlier the Trial court had denied the bail to Chitra Ramkrishna.
