After a delay of over two weeks at last the Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE) has declared the online results of Mid-School Scholarship (MSS) and High-School Scholarship (HSS) Exam results on Thursday.
Compared to last year, the MSS passing result has drastically dropped by 14 per cent as this year’s passing percentage is only 52.23 per cent. On the other hand the HSS result has increased by three percent, which is 51.61 percent.u00a0
In MSS out of 9,33,905 students appearing for the exams across the state 4,87,857 students have passed in the exam and out of the passed students only 16,683 will become eligible for a monthly scholarship for the next three academic years. For HSS, out of a total of 6,67,649 students who appeared, 3,44,588 passed in the exam and 16,641 are eligible for a monthly scholarship.
