Even as Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) on Sunday woke up to a thick layer of smog enveloping it and limiting the visibility to barely a few feet, Union Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar started his day with "music".

Ironic, it may sound, but that's exactly how the man tasked to take care of the environment started the manic Sunday. Taking to Twitter, the Minister wrote: "Start your day with music". He also posted a link of "Swagatam" by Emani Sankara Sastry calling it "scintillating".
