Police handling the Pune accident case allegedly involving a juvenile driver have prepared a crash impact analysis report with the assistance of a forensic expert from the Army reported news agency PTIThis report aims to correlate the impact of the Porsche car on the bike involved in the accident with the injuries sustained by the two deceased both IT professionals a police officer said on Tuesday reported PTIThe car allegedly driven by a 17yearold son of a builder crashed into a bike in the early hours of May 19 killing IT professionals Anish Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta in Kalyani Nagar area of Pune city The accused driver was allegedly under the influence of alcohol according to policeAfter the car crashed into the bike Koshta who was riding pillion landed on the windshield of the car as per the investigatorsWe have obtained a report of crash impact analysis of the accident from a forensic expert from the Indian Army Through this analysis the impact of both the vehicles on each other the positioning of the car and the injuries sustained by the deceased have been correlated a crime branch officer said reported PTIThis report is crucial in establishing that the Porsche car was indeed involved in the Pune accident caseEarlier police had said they were planning digital reconstruction of the accident scene using some latest AIbased tools and software for evidence appreciation reported PTIWhile the juvenile is currently in the observation home his parents are in police custody in connection with the alleged swapping of blood samplesMeanwhile another case of cheating was registered against the father of the minor boy allegedly involved in the May 19 Porsche car crash in Pune reported PTIThe father of the accused who is a real estate developer grandfather and mother along with some others are in jail in connection with cases related to the incidentThe complaint was filed by Vishal Adsul resident of one Nancy Brahma Residency in Pimpri Chinchwad with Wakad police claiming the juveniles father had not allotted open space to the residential society and had also developed two additional wings without consent the official saidAs per the PTI report based on Adsuls complaint an offence was registered under Indian Penal Code sections 420 cheating 409 criminal breach of trust as well as relevant provisions of Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act against the juveniles father and four others he saidAs per Adsuls complaint Brahma Associates did not provide open space to the project and gave only one open plot to the three buildings by allegedly changing the plans It also allegedly did not take the societys permission while constructing two 11storied buildings on the societys land the Pimpri Chinchwad police official said reported PTIAfter being arrested in the car accident case the father and grandfather of the juvenile were booked in two different cases connected to abetment of suicide of a 41yearold man and cheating a real estate agency proprietor as per policeThe juveniles father is in police custody for alleged involvement in swapping blood samples taken for tests to verify alcohol consumption as part of the Porsche crash case probeWith inputs from PTI
