Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh arrived here on Monday to inaugurate two "smart" border fencing pilot projects under the Comprehensive Integrated Border Management System (CIBMS) programme.

Chief Secretary B.V.R. Subrahmanyam, Police Chief Dilbag Singh, Divisional Commissioner Jammu Sanjeev Verma, Inspector General Jammu S.D. Singh Jamwal along with other senior Border Security Force (BSF) officers received the Minister at the airport. From the airport, Rajnath Singh proceeded to the BSF's Paloura Headquarters where he will address troopers.
