The Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) Unit-1 of the Mira-Bhayandar–Vasai-Virar (MBVV) Police in Maharashtra had on Monday said that it had busted a mephedrone manufacturing unit in a joint operation with Rajasthan Police and has seized drugs and raw materials worth Rs 100 crore

Rajasthan Police on Wednesday demolished an illegal MD drugs manufacturing unit operating from a poultry farm in Jhunjhunu district, two days after it was exposed in a joint operation by the Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) Unit-1 of the Mira-Bhayandar–Vasai-Virar (MBVV) Police in Maharashtra and local police, the IANS reported.
During the raid, police seized 10 kg of MD drugs, along with foreign-made machinery and large quantities of hazardous chemicals.
