One of the two accused in the nine-year-old Russian girl rape case in Goa, Anil Raghuvanshi, who had allegedly engaged the victim's mother in a conversation while the crime was being committed, was arrested on Friday, police said.

Deputy Inspector General of Police, Ravindra Yadav said that Raghuvanshi, who was in his thirties, was arrested from a bus stop here morning. He is one of the two accused involved in the case while main accused, Aman Bharadwaj, is still at large, Yadav said.
