Satara doctor's suicide case: Accused to be produced in court on Saturday

Police arrested Prashant Bankar, one of the two accused in the suicide case of a woman doctor in Phaltan taluka of Satara. The other accused, Police Sub-Inspector Gopal Badne, is still absconding, and a search is underway to nab him, an official said

Satara police in Maharashtra have arrested Prashant Bankar, one of the two accused in the suicide case of a woman doctor in Phaltan taluka. Satara Superintendent of Police Tushar Doshi said Bankar will be produced in court on Saturday.

The second accused, Police Sub-Inspector Gopal Badne, remains absconding, and a manhunt is underway.
