Begin with Beets and Scallops for the first course, move on to a Pumpkin Soup, then on to the quintessential Turkey and Risotto for mains and follow it up with Lemon Tart and a selection of artisan cheese for dessert.

For an Asian twsit to this day, begin your meal with a Vietnamese Asparagus and Crab Meat soup or Chicken Sotoayum.
