Bangalore is preparing for the Halloween weekend with theme parties, theatre productions, and more.
MiD DAY brings you a choice of events Aleek Alaekhya: This Bengali version of Oscar Wilde's most famous play, The Importance of Being Ernest, is set in 1970s Kolkata. Directed by Amitabh Baksy, the cast has Bangalore actors such as Nilanjan Chaudhury, Madhubanti Banerjee and some fresh faces.

Call: 98454 00876 or 98807 61325 or Visit: indianstage.in Creepy night: Bling at Zuri promises a creepy, wild night with DJ Jasmeet providing the groove. Women get free entry and complimentary drinks while the men need to pay Rs 500 as entry fee.
At Whitefield On October 31, 8 pm Call 666 57282. The Blender's Pride Halloween Party: Presented by Viren Khanna, it offers performances by Lourd Vijay and Dance Studio, with music by DJ Vanshi. Entry strictly for couples and single women who go in Halloween costumes.
At ICE, Taj Residency On October 31, 8 pm Call 6660 4444 Ali Oh Baba: That's the name of a Bangalore Little Theatre production of the Arabian Nights in a contemporary avatar. Written by Vijay Padaki, it promises lots of humour and interactivity. It is directed by Shashank Purushotham and Priya Venkatesh. Ali Oh Baba is part of BLT's 50th year celebrations.
