New Delhi: A Delhi court Monday posted for Dec 6 the hearing of a case filed against Lt. Gen. Tejinder Singh (Retd) who allegedly offered a bribe to then army chief Gen. V.K. Singh for clearing "sub-standard" Tatra trucks.

Special CBI Judge Madhu Jain fixed Dec 6 for hearing the case after Tejinder Singh's counsel moved a plea seeking documents related to the case filed by the CBI with the charge sheet.
