Telecom tribunal TDSAT has deferred hearing on the petitions filed by the Anil Ambani Group's Reliance Communications and Tata Tele seeking withdrawal of additional spectrum held by rival GSM operators.

The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) Bench headed by Justice Arun Kumar observed that it would like to wait for the report of the committee appointed by the Department of Telecom (DoT) for reviewing spectrum allocation policy.
