The arrest of a Lashkar-e-Toiba militant from New Delhi Railway Station on Tuesday confirmed terrorists are recouping and training afresh to carry out more attacks. The 27-year-old ultra, identified as Salim alias Yusuf, told the Special Cell sleuths during interrogation that the terrorist training camps in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (Pok), which were "deactivated" due to diplomatic and international pressure to dismantle terrorist infrastructure after 26/11 strikes in Mumbai, are polishing their weapons again.
