Toolkit case: ‘Delhi cops raided home sans warrant,’ reveals suspect's father

Father of Shantanu, one of the suspects in toolkit case, claims 2 officers seized hard disk from their Beed home

Two people claiming to be the Delhi cops seized a computer hard disk and other items from the house of climate activist Shantanu Muluk, a suspect in the ‘toolkit’ case related to the farmers’ protest, without a search warrant, in Beed, Maharashtra, his father Shivlal Muluk has told police.

Beed superintendent of police (SP) Raja Ramaswami said on Wednesday that Shivlal made a representation to the police on Tuesday.
