The registration number of the car - UP 14 E 953u00a0was traced to that of a Bajaj Chetak Scooter. <br /><br />According to the police, the chassis and engine numbers of the car have been erased in such a way that it is very difficult to establish the details of the vehicle. <br /><br />A senior UP police official, who is investigating the case, said, "A forensic examination of the car will make it easy to unravel the case. As soon as the report comes in we would approach Maruti-Suzuki, the manufacturer, to trace the owner." <br /><br />The scooter, whose registration number was used, had changed a number of hands. The police questioned four persons who exchanged ownership of the vehicle. "We did not find anything suspicious in their statements. It is too early to comment about the involvement of these people," said the official.<br /><br />Superintendent of Police (City) Noida Ashok Tripathi said forensic examination might help. <br /><br />Meanwhile, a top Anti-Terrorist Squad official from Lucknow said that to gather more information teams have been sent to different places. The UP ATS is sharing details found from documents recovered from the terrorists with other states.<br /></p>
