Overnight cloudbursts and heavy rain have wreaked havoc in Dehradun and surrounding areas in Uttarakhand, sweeping away at least five people and leaving over 500 stranded, officials said on Tuesday, reported the PTI.
Sahastradhara, Maldevta, Santla Devi and Dalanwala were the worst-hit by the disaster, according to the district disaster management office.
