The maximum temperature in Colaba and Santacruz was 31.4&deg;C and 32.8&deg;C respectively. &ldquo;The sky will mostly be clear. The temperature is expected to rise by another 1&deg;C. However, cold winds that are still blowing in the North might provide the city with some cold spells too,&rdquo; said an IMD official.u00a0
