Sushma Swaraj cremated with full state honours as nation mourns

As per PTI reports, the untimely demise of Sushma Swaraj had left him as well as millions of party workers and her admirers in a state of shock, Union home minister and BJP president Amit Shah said on Wednesday, as he remembered the departed leader's stints in various positions in the opposition and in different governments.

As per PTI, The Gujarat government and the ruling BJP have cancelled all their programmes scheduled for Wednesday in view of the death of senior party leader and former external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj.

In a video shared by ANI, Geeta, the girl who the late Sushma Swaraj brought back from Pakistan in 2015, also came to pay her respects to the former BJP leader.
